Project Manager - Digital

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Project Manager to support complex retail energy system initiatives for a major utility in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. This role leads cross-functional, multi-workstream technology projects that support retail energy operations and enterprise systems.

What You Will Do

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects, from planning through implementation and close-out. Define scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics in partnership with business and IT stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT project management experience delivering complex, multi-workstream initiatives
• Proven experience supporting Retail Energy systems, including EDI, billing/CIS, pricing, supply & scheduling, sales/CRM, contracts, and regulatory operations
• Experience working in matrixed environments with multiple vendors and third-party providers
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and common collaboration and reporting tools
