Requirements
- Completion of a surgical technology program or equivalent prior training
- Current CPR certification (hospital-based)
- Minimum 1 year of OR experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and instrument care
- Ability to work in physically demanding and high-stress environments
- Commitment to teamwork, flexibility, and continuous learning
