The Administrative Associate in the Office of the Registrar provides administrative and customer support services for the Registrar’s Office, supporting the accurate and timely delivery of academic records and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and one year of administrative experience
- High school diploma/GED and five years of administrative experience
- Adaptability and experience working in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail and motivation in the work environment
- Effective written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work with general supervision, manage time effectively, and respond to requests for service and assistance in a timely manner
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment within established guidelines
