Animal Resources Technologist I, Animal Resources Center

The Animal Resources Technologist I will provide veterinary technical support for research, clinical, anesthesia, and surgical procedures critical for the care and use of research animals. The position is responsible for responding to health concerns, maintaining medical records, and administering treatments/medication under the supervision of a veterinarian.

Requirements

• High School graduation or GED
• Ability to maintain detailed medical records and communicate effectively
• Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to multi-task
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
