Sous Chef (Western Cuisine)

Sous Chef (Western Cuisine) position in Hong Kong. Responsibilities include leading kitchen staff, ensuring sanitation and safety, and promoting teamwork. Requires experience in high-quality hotel and restaurant operations, leadership skills, and knowledge of food products and techniques.

Requirements

• Understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), general food sanitation and safety
• Leading and managing culinary staffs in a concept operation
• Experience in high quality, 4 and 5-star hotel and / or restaurant operations
• Good organizations skills and ability to thrive in a rapid changing environment
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin preferred but not required
• Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions
• Familiar with industry's best practices
