Designer

As a Designer at Weir Minerals, you will play a key role in turning customer requirements into high-quality engineered solutions. Working closely with Product Engineering, Sales, and Operations, you’ll design and optimise mineral processing equipment using modern 3D CAD tools.

Requirements

• HNC or higher in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in mechanical design, fabrication, and assembly environments
• Strong proficiency in 3D modelling and 2D drafting using CAD software (NX preferred)
• Knowledge of fabrication principles, welding standards (AWS & ISO), and mineral processing or pumping equipment
• Must be permanently authorised to work in the country to which you are applying, without sponsorship
