Field Engineer- Industrial Construction (Traveling)

We are currently accepting applications for a Field Engineer to join our Industrial team. The Field Engineer will assist in the supervision of field work performed by Weitz and/or our subcontractors, and participate in the development of the project plan and ensure proper execution.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a Project Engineer, other construction-related role, or related internship experience
• Industry related degree or coursework is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials
• High level of initiative and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Flexibility to balance competing needs
• Ability to build positive relationships across the organization
