Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager supports the General Manager by providing coaching to the team and creating a fun, inviting work environment. They manage the daily operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant, ensuring the achievement of all restaurant objectives while following Company guidelines and laws.

Requirements

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
