
Job description
As a Sales Director at WFS Group, you will oversee a few key accounts, managing pipeline, conducting call reviews, evaluating rep performance, and ensuring CRM data accuracy. This role requires experience managing high ticket alternative education sales teams and a strong understanding of sales enablement, data analysis, and lead generation.
You will evaluate lead flow ratios, work with marketing teams, track sales reps' pipelines, manage CRM data, create sales trainings, enforce sales process SOPs, review calls, and strategize deals to increase sales.
This role is ideal for independent thinkers who enjoy fast-paced environments, learning new things, and having fun. You should have experience managing high ticket sales teams, be data-driven, and have a strong understanding of sales enablement and lead generation.
