Spearhead the development of the U.S. trade marketing strategy, lead trade and shopper marketing programs, and own the annual trade marketing budget for FIJI Water.
Requirements
- 4+ years of progressive experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, or commercial marketing within CPG or Food & Beverage
- Proven track record of developing and executing national and account-specific trade marketing strategies that drive measurable sales lift and ROI
- Demonstrated experience managing direct reports and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Strong business and financial acumen, with ability to manage budgets, evaluate trade spend effectiveness, and optimize investment across programs
- Advanced experience with syndicated data, trade analytics tools, and translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Proven ability to build annual trade calendars, align to brand priorities, and deliver against volume and revenue targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable plans for internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and operational rigor, including budget management, forecasting, and program tracking
- Bachelor’s degree required, business major preferred
