Artistic Liaison

The Artistic Liaison is responsible for providing logistical, hospitality, and well-being support to guest artists and the Music Director of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. The role involves coordinating travel arrangements, accommodations, and other services to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for the artists. The position also requires administrative and operational support to the Artistic Team, including managing complimentary ticket requests and allocating dressing room and practice spaces.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Strong knowledge of and passion for music
• Performance experience and an understanding of the live concert environment preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Positive attitude with a courteous, personable demeanor and a willingness to assist as needed
• Strong attention to detail
