Job description
The Area Representative works with Directors to fulfill the FCA Vision and Mission by implementing the ministry plan for the assigned area. They ensure a consistent approach to discipleship in FCA Sports Environments and are accountable for conducting the ministry according to biblical standards.
The Representative will engage, equip, and empower coaches and athletes, train and equip staff and volunteers, oversee recruiting and developing volunteers, connect with donors, and work with the Director to serve the International Region.
This role requires a heart surrendered to serving God, a spiritual rhythm, and a commitment to biblical standards of conduct. The Representative will be equipped to serve others and make disciples who make disciples.
