
Job description
The Program Director of Leagues is responsible for assisting the development and management of sport programs, ensuring the effective operation of FCA Sports processes, systems, and resources across leagues. This role requires a dynamic leader who can seamlessly integrate sports management with ministry, fostering a Christ-centered League that promotes both athletic excellence and spiritual growth.
Manage league operations, establish logistics, secure facilities, and assist relationships with governing bodies, leagues, and tournaments. Develop outreach strategies, expand program offerings, and cultivate strategic partnerships to grow the number of participants.
This position plays a vital role in the FCA mission, requiring a leader who is committed to serving God and fostering a Christ-centered environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to integrate sports management with ministry.
