The Engagement Manager role blends dynamic leadership with hands-on delivery. You will create plans, keep budgets and timelines on track, and build strong relationships with client stakeholders. You will also roll up your sleeves to develop essential artifacts and coach consultants to do their best work.
Apply The Groove’s Implementation Methodology, lead Workday programs, partner with client project managers, build and manage project teams, mentor consultants, own financial health, keep communications crisp, ensure project artifacts are complete, and support the sales cycle.
