Delivery Manager

We’re hiring a Delivery Manager to take ownership of complex client projects and programmes end-to-end. You’ll be the person clients trust to tell them hard truths, protect scope, and deliver.

Requirements

• Trusted at senior stakeholder level - able to have difficult conversations and maintain the relationship
• Trusted by on-the-ground delivery teams - able to have detailed conversations about technology and product with the experts on your team
• Preventative rather than reactive - you identify risk early and act before it becomes a problem
• Rigorous about delivery metrics and able to use them to justify commercial decisions
• Genuinely interested in lean delivery principles and willing to keep learning
• Humble and coachable - you take feedback and bring that same openness to your team
• A multiplier: you improve delivery maturity on every project you touch, and bring things back to the wider team
