Job Description
Theoria Medical is seeking a part-time physician to provide primary care services to residents in skilled nursing facilities. Requirements
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in SNFs.
- Collaborate with NPs and PAs to manage resident care.
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Supervise collaborating nurse practitioners and physicians assistants.
- Manage patient documentation in Theoria's EHR system.
- Shift flexibility based on physician schedule.
- Utilize telehealth platforms for virtual medical interactions.
