Senior Program Manager - Value Based Care

Role Overview

The Senior Program Manager - Value Based Care oversees and manages multiple projects within the organization, leading cross-functional teams and developing project plans to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion. They lead enterprise-level strategic initiatives and special projects that advance health plan performance, provider partnerships, and market growth.

What You Will Do

Executes and oversees programs that meet the needs of the organization, participates in all aspects of program delivery, including planning, budgeting, staffing, and performance. Supervises the work of program or project staff and evaluates program effectiveness by collecting and analyzing data in support of key performance metrics.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience
• At least 5 years of leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Leadership - Skilled to develops others
• Business Insight - In-Depth understanding of the business
• Optimizes Work Processes - Designs processes that allow managing from a distance
• Ability to develop and mentor others
• Management skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency required in MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SQL, Access
