THG is a global ecommerce group looking for an Ecommerce Executive to work on the Myprotein brand in Germany. The role involves driving ecommerce strategy, analysing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Collaborate with the team to refine and execute ecommerce trading strategies
- Build and manage trading calendars, ensuring website updates align with sales KPIs
- Utilise analytics tools to understand the customer journey, optimise performance, and shape strategy
- Monitor key site metrics such as GP, Conversion Rate, Bounce Rate, AOV, and traffic performance
- Strategically plan product launches and promotional campaigns, collaborating with the marketing team
- Work closely with the CRM, brand, and campaign teams to ensure cohesive messaging and business alignment
- Think of innovative ways to target, retain, and increase the value of customers
- Propose AB tests to ensure continuous optimisation
- Ongoing awareness of competitor activity
- Support the Ecommerce manager with ad hoc tasks
