Expression of Interest: Heavy Equipment Operator

Thiess, a $4 billion global organization, is seeking interest in skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to join their team at projects in the Mountain West area of the USA. The successful candidates will play a critical role in the earth-moving operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant tasks. Base pay $36-47 per hour DOE.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 yrs recent experience working on large-scale mining projects, particularly in open-pit mines
• Dozers D6-D11, Haul Trucks: At least 100 ton, Graders: 16 M, Excavators: 6015
• Valid equipment operator certifications, with a proven safety record in mine or construction operations
• Must have or be willing to acquire site-specific safety training (e.g., MSHA, First Aid/CPR)
• Valid driver's license at time of hire, maintained throughout employment with Thiess
• Authorization to work lawfully in the USA without sponsorship from Thiess is required
• Must be fluent in the English language
