As a Manager, Customer Success, you will lead the Strategic CSM team at Thinkific and be responsible for leading team operations, customer success, and business impact. You will have three core areas of focus: Team Leadership, Customer Success, and Business Impact. You will be responsible for leading and developing a group of Customer Success Managers, running day-to-day team operations, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth for Thinkific.
