Join our Structural Practice in Kansas City as a Senior Associate, leading teams and delivering complex technical projects. Collaborate with architects, building owners, and builders to design elegant solutions for various projects.
Lead teams, manage projects, participate in business development, communicate with clients, perform analysis and design of structural systems, manage design team members, and supervise engineers and modelers.
10+ years of structural engineering experience, master's preferred, ability to work collaboratively, industry software knowledge, excellent communication skills, PE and/or SE license, and willingness to travel.
