Job description
As a Senior Engineer in our Structural Practice, you will take on increasingly complex analysis, design, and detailing assignments across a wide range of building types. You’ll contribute meaningfully to small and mid-size projects and selected components of larger, iconic structures while exercising sound judgment, proposing design adaptations, and guiding junior staff.
Take ownership of structural analysis, design, and detailing tasks of growing complexity, evaluating, selecting, and applying appropriate engineering methods, tools, and building codes. Develop and refine construction documents in a BIM environment while proposing modifications, solving non-routine challenges, and ensuring quality through thoughtful self-review.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering; Master’s degree preferred. 2+ years of structural engineering experience with growing proficiency in tools such as SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, StructurePoint Software, and Revit, and experience contributing to the design of steel, concrete, and timber systems.
