
Job description
Client Support Engineer 1 will provide full-time onsite support at one of our client's locations, handling diverse computing environments and collaborating with a talented team of engineers to provide best-in-breed IT support.
Primary responsibilities include analyzing and documenting client/server network environments, performing rapid analysis of workstation level incidents, and coordinating onsite PC hardware repair with third-party vendors.
Ideal candidates will have technical proficiency, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a desire to learn and be involved in all aspects of IT, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
