Thunder is looking for a Client Director to join their team and lead their Amazon Connect practice and AWS partnership. The role requires a seasoned technical seller with experience in solution selling within the Amazon partner ecosystem, credibility with a deep POV of CCaaS, and a strong track record of solution selling.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience closing net new business
- 2-3+ years’ experience selling products and services into Contact Centers and/or selling services into the Amazon ecosystem
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Connect platform capabilities
- Experience in driving Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) transformations
- Consultative selling approach with the ability to position Amazon Connect value drivers to business and technical stakeholders
- Understanding of Generative AI concepts used to optimize Agent and Customer experience
- Best-in-class communication and strategic presentation skills
