Financial Consultant

The Financial Consultant provides in-person and virtual counseling for participants, new entrants, prospects, beneficiaries, and their legal and financial representatives on TIAA products and services, offering financial planning advice to help clients achieve their immediate and long-term financial goals.

Requirements

• Counsels participants on pension plans, tax-deferred annuities, and other investment options
• Educates and facilitates new product purchases, including retail mutual funds, annuities, IRAs, 529, and 403b
• Provides exceptional customer service and executes transaction and service requests
• Communicates internally with cross-business partnerships to develop and implement TIAA products and services
