Join our team as a Digital Marketing Manager and drive high-quality lead generation and client acquisition through a deep understanding of data, analytics, and multi-channel attribution. Manage and drive Tickmill's global digital marketing strategy, leading the development and execution of our global paid media strategy across performance-driven channels.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record managing data-driven lead generation in financial services and/or FX trading industries
- Advanced understanding of multi-channel attribution, funnel analytics, and media mix modeling
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Demonstrated experience managing large media budgets with measurable ROI and consistent pipeline contribution
- Analytical, growth-oriented mindset with a passion for turning complex data into business strategy
- Excellent collaboration, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
