Clinical Supervisor- Community Based Youth & Family Services

Tides Family Services is seeking a licensed clinician to provide clinical leadership and direct service in their Community-Based Youth & Family Services program. The Clinical Supervisor will lead a multidisciplinary team and provide clinical consultation, oversight, and direct service to high-risk youth and families.

Requirements

• LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT licensure
• Experience working with youth and families in community-based, child welfare, or behavioral health settings
• Strong skills in clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and team collaboration
