Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Clinician

Tides Family Services is a nonprofit organization that provides comprehensive support and resources to children, adolescents, and families facing various challenges. The organization seeks a Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Clinician to join its community-based clinical team serving youth and families involved with child welfare, juvenile justice, and behavioral health systems.

Requirements

• Master’s degree and license: MSW, LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC
• 2–4 years of experience in behavioral health, human services, or community-based work
• Commitment to family-centered, strengths-based practice
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet family needs
• Valid driver’s license, insured and registered vehicle
• Bilingual (Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole) strongly preferred
