Job Description
TikTok is seeking a Data Engineer to join the Global E-Commerce Governance and Experience team in Singapore. This team ensures a safe and trustworthy marketplace for buyers, sellers, and creators by working on risk detection, fairness, and sustainable practices. The role involves constructing offline data warehouses, establishing data standards, optimizing security tasks, supporting real-time data processing, and visualizing data to support security projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & System Analysis, Science (Computer Studies) or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in big data ecosystem development.
- Familiar with technologies such as Spark, Flink, Clickhouse, and Hadoop.
- Practical experience with Lambda/Kappa architectures.
- Proficient in data warehouse implementation methodologies.
- Deep understanding of data warehouse systems.
- Experience supporting real-world business scenarios.
- Experience in SQL performance tuning.
- Understanding of Hive SQL development.
