EUI Head of Direct Tax (including Turkey & Central Asia)

The EUI Head of Direct Tax leads all direct tax matters across Europe & International, including Turkey and Central Asia. The role combines strategic influence with operational depth, and requires sound judgment, the ability to break down complex issues into practical solutions, and the leadership capability to develop a strong regional team aligned to business priorities.

Requirements

• Significant progressive direct tax experience in multinational corporate environments or large reputable professional services firms, with a significant focus on international retax matters.
• Proven knowledge of corporate income tax, international tax, transfer pricing and cross-border compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop team members, driving high performance and accountability.
• Clear, concise communicator capable of distilling complex technical issues for senior stakeholders and non-tax audiences.
