Key Account Manager Intern (TikTok Shop - Fashion) 2026 Summer (BS/MS)

TikTok is seeking a Key Account Manager Intern to join their Beauty & Fashion teams in London. This 12-week internship offers hands-on experience supporting strategic initiatives, category growth, and creator-led marketing within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include affiliate and creator engagement, category and product development, livestream and campaign support, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will be pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree, possess strong analytical skills, and have a passion for e-commerce and social media.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in 2026 or a related technical discipline
• Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop’s Model, with the ability to articulate its benefits to merchants.
• Awareness of ByteStyle culture and the broader tech and e-commerce ecosystem.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
• A fast learner with sound judgment and the ability to set priorities, multitask, and work independently.
