Software Engineer in Machine Learning Infra, TikTok Recommendation Architecture

TikTok is seeking a Software Engineer in Machine Learning Infra to join their Recommendation Architecture Team in Singapore. The team is responsible for building and optimizing the architecture for TikTok's recommendation system, ensuring stability and performance. The role involves serving and training infra optimization, building high-performance online services, and researching and developing software solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.
• Experience building scalable systems.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (C/C++/golang) in a Linux environment.
• Understanding of GPU hardware architecture and software stack (CUDA, cuDNN).
• Experience in deep model inference/training, debugging, and tuning.
• Familiarity with model optimization tools (TVM, MLIR, XLA).
• Familiarity with mainstream machine learning frameworks (Tensorflow, Pytorch, MxNet).
