Tech Lead Software Engineer-Data Validation

TikTok is seeking a Tech Lead Software Engineer-Data Validation to join their Privacy and Data Protection Office (PDPO). The PDPO team is responsible for leading and empowering TikTok's privacy efforts, ensuring user privacy across products and platforms. This role involves designing user-friendly platforms for data governance, developing privacy engineering frameworks, implementing data protection technologies, and mentoring other engineers. The goal is to protect personal data and privacy for billions of users while fostering a culture of trust and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above with 5 years of software engineering experience
• Proficient in one mainstream programming language (C++/Java/Golang/etc)
• In-depth understanding of computer principles
• Familiarity with server architecture, data structures, and algorithms
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
• Good understanding of business scenarios and requirements
• Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit
• Familiarity with mainstream databases (Mysql/redis/mongodb/Hbase/Hive) and messaging systems (kafka/rocketmq)
