US Entertainment Creator Partnerships and Operations Manager

The Entertainment Creator Partnerships & Operations team is dedicated to recruiting, managing, and scaling high-quality creators in the TV/Film vertical on TikTok, working closely with Product, Entertainment Publisher, and XFN teams to drive efforts forward in line with the evolving TV/Film industry landscape.

Requirements

• Develop and execute scaled creator programs end to end
• Build and manage relationships with Entertainment Creators
• Own creator program operations, including lead vetting, onboarding, and performance tracking
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Creator Management, and key stakeholders
