
Job description
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for maintaining solid customer relationships by handling customer inquiries and concerns with speed and professionalism. The role involves daily interaction with customers, insurance carriers, and fellow employees while conducting specific service and marketing activities.
Provide service to existing clients, answer customer calls and correspondence, work with new clients, set appointments, and resolve product or service issues.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of insurance products and usages, excellent phone manner, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
