
Job description
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for maintaining solid customer relationships by handling customer inquiries and concerns with speed and professionalism. They will conduct specific service and marketing activities, interacting with customers, insurance carriers, and fellow employees.
Provide service to existing clients, answer customer calls and correspondence, work with new clients, set appointments, and resolve product or service issues. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, and collaborate with team members.
This role requires strong knowledge of insurance products and usages, excellent customer focus, and strong written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to handle difficult situations with customers.
