Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business transformation, product strategy, or technical operations
- Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives that reimagine systems or workflows

- Hands-on experience building or deploying workflow automations, agents, or custom skills
- Excellent communicator with the ability to build trust and alignment across technical and non-technical teams
- Systems thinker with a bias for execution — able to connect people, process, and technology to deliver impact
