Job Description
We're a global company with a kiwi spirit, seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure project teams realise maximum value from Timescapes. As the internal voice of the customer, you'll provide valuable feedback and examples of client ROI to our Product, Marketing and Sales teams.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for driving customer success and a genuine desire to help customers achieve their goals
