Locksmith Support Advisor

We are looking for a Locksmith Support Advisor to provide an excellent support service to our Mobile Locksmith / Security Team and Customers, ensuring that all calls are dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner to enable a smooth and seamless service.

Requirements

• Excellent telephone manner
• Knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet
• Great communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with great attention to detail and strong decision-making skills
• Able to use own initiative in solving problems
• Abundance of common sense
• Ability to show empathy our customers rely on us as the 4th emergency service!
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing Department needs.
