Area Operations Manager

Role Overview

Reporting to a District Manager, Area Manager is a front-line management position responsible for overseeing and leading DW operations within a defined geographic area. AM is responsible for fulfillment of services to customers and leading technicians.

What You Will Do

Lead and manage a team to maximize effectiveness and efficiency of resources, technicians, and capital. Meet regularly with customers to discuss service levels, repair quality, cycle-time performance and other issues that drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Combined minimum experience of 3 years in a district route and auction leadership role
• Profitable management of a P&L of at least $1.5M in revenue annually
• Experience managing other leaders and staffs of 20+
• Result-driven

• Active listener: credible and persuasive communication style that empowers others and leads decisively
