Job Description
The Logistics Specialist (LS) is responsible for loading and unloading tires for warehouse storage and/or timely customer delivery, including the unloading and staging of products at the customer’s business location. The LS represents TireHub professionally in all customer interaction and maintains safe driving practices, all while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of general work experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum of 2 years of driving history
- 19 years old or older
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with Manifest, GPS and Navigation systems
- Ability to lift, pull, push and/or move tires (up to 50lbs) with or without mechanical assistance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to accurately and efficiently load, unload and place tires in warehouse and delivery vehicles
- Ability to work up to 35 feet above ground-level
- Ability to work up to 8 hours per day on a forklift
- Ability to follow traffic rules and regulations by safely driving TireHub vehicles to deliver tires to customer locations
