
Job description
The IT Support Technician plays a key role in delivering high-quality technical support to all employees, providing timely and effective troubleshooting across desktop hardware, software, and mobile devices. This role requires a strong customer service focus, solid technical expertise, and a high level of responsiveness.
Monitor Helpdesk system for inbound issues, provide end user computing support, maintain a flexible work schedule, and perform preliminary server administration and network connectivity. Help champion, deploy, and support new technologies to address business needs.
