
Job description
We are hiring an Executive Assistant to support the APAC CEO and leadership team. The role involves providing executive and business support, client and commercial support, and driving special projects and initiatives across APAC. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team in a creative environment with exposure to global clients and colleagues.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing diaries, actions, and follow-ups, creating clear and high-quality decks, reports, and presentations, coordinating meetings, events, and travel, and capturing key discussions and ensuring actions and outcomes are tracked.
We are looking for someone with experience supporting senior leaders or board-level stakeholders, strong organisational skills, and the ability to build relationships quickly. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment and have a positive mindset.
