Requirements
- Strong experience leading and growing client accounts, ideally within marketing, advertising, or communications
- Confidence working with senior clients and navigating complex stakeholder environments

- Commercial instinct and a clear understanding of what drives sustainable growth
- Clear communication, sound judgement, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
