Job Description
The Senior Operations Research Analyst provides advanced analytical support to the Air Force's Small Business Programs mission by developing models, tools, and decision frameworks that inform leadership priorities, resource planning, industrial base analysis, and small business performance outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in operations research, quantitative analysis, or decision analytics.
- Demonstrated experience supporting DoD, Air Force, or federal programs at the enterprise level.
- Advanced skills in statistical modeling, forecasting, optimization, or simulation.
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Python, R, MATLAB, SAS, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong ability to synthesize complex data into executive-ready insights.
- Secret clearance.
