Finance Business Partner Lead

Join TMX, a global exchange company, as a Finance Business Partner Lead. The role involves leading finance business partnering for two business units and the global insights operating segment, and will involve financial planning, analysis, and decision-making. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will provide finance support, guidance, and recommendations to leadership teams, and work closely with various functional teams across TMX. The role requires strong financial analysis skills, ability to work at a high level and in detail, and strong technical skills, including spreadsheets and knowledge of financial systems structure.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of progressive finance experience
• Strong organizational, analytical and conceptual skills
• Able to work effectively across organizational lines
• Strong technical skills, including spreadsheets (pivot tables, model building, model auditing) and knowledge of financial systems structure
• Strong financial analysis skills, ability to undertake research
• Results oriented and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to effectively prioritize work and manage large volume of change in an ambiguous, complex environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Relationship builder and collaborator
