
Job description
The CS Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, handling customs systems and resolving customs-related issues. The role requires a strong understanding of operational processes and excellent communication skills. The team leader will also be responsible for producing customs data for finance, updating KPIs, and handling export orders.
Update forecast boards, handle customs systems and resolve customs-related issues, produce customs data for finance, update KPIs, handle export orders, and follow up on TR orders and OS shipping plans.
