Manage sea freight operations, oversee team, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Collaborate with shipping companies to secure favorable terms. Track carrier performance and recommend actions for compliance failures.
Handle customer service issues, negotiate contracts and rates, and provide training and guidance to colleagues.
