Master Scheduler

Role Overview

The Master Scheduler is responsible for collaborating with the Scheduling and Planning team to develop, schedule, and coordinate the production of products throughout the production cycle. This role requires regular interaction with various teams to review batch status, prioritize production orders, and manage potential disruptions to the schedule.

What You Will Do

Create and maintain the master production schedule, establish and update production jobs in the ERP system, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and lead weekly Operations Planning meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least five years of experience in multi-product manufacturing production planning, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry
• Understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
• Familiarity with production and supply chain terminology
• Proficiency in MS Office Programs (Excel, Access, Word, Project), with advanced skills preferred
