Supervisor Quality Control (Onsite) - 1st shift

Role Overview

Provide direct supervision of a team of analysts responsible for the testing and release of Tolmar products in support of manufacturing timelines. Balance the need for speed with a commitment to accuracy and quality, completing tasks thoughtfully and effectively.

Prioritize workload to meet timelines, take ownership of tasks and results, escalate and communicate items that arise, execute business and department goals, and ensure adherence to processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, preferably in Chemistry or Biochemistry, or Microbiology.
• Six or more years’ experience in an analytical laboratory environment with at least five years in a pharmaceutical GMP setting.
• Supervisory or team lead experience is preferred.

Benefits

• Annual pay range $100,000 - $105,000 depending on experience
